Unleashed has been a lifesaver…I’ve decided that I want to take this opportunity of not traveling weekly to get in the best shape possible.  Combined with diet the workouts have me in the best shape I've been in in years.  I'm 62 years old, and can do 3 classes in a row pretty easily now, they are work, but good work.   I've lost about 20 pounds, and have much more muscle mass. More importantly, I have great energy level and feel great, and if anything crosses my path, I'm sure I can now kick its ass.

Welcome to UNLEASHED studio, where we focus on In-Person and Digital workout classes. Are you tired of the crowds at Planet Fitness, LA Fitness or 24 Hour Fitness? Are you looking for Fun and Effective aerobic and exercises classes taught by the fitness industry’s top instructors? If you answered yes to either of these questions then UNLEASHED is the fitness studio for you. We are not a gym we are a private studio designed just for women. This is a small fitness studio with all of the personal attention that goes with it. There will never be more than 6 people in any class ever.

Class Descriptions


Strength & Stretch

This 30 minute class combines Yoga, Pilates and Body Weight Strength Training; focusing on lengthening and strengthening the body; while improving flexibility.

Weights 4 Women

This 30 minute class is a total body weight training class alternating between high repetition lower body and upper body exercises for toning. You will not get bulky. There is no warmup included so please warmup for 5 minutes before joining. Modification will be provided so all fitness levels from beginner to advanced can join.

Barre Basics

This 30 minute class incorporates Ballet Barre fundamentals; like plie, releve, tendu, etc. and focuses on lengthening and strengthening your entire body.

Ballet & Core

This 30 minute class combines traditional Barre and Mat Pilates, focusing on lengthening and strengthening your entire body; especially your legs, booty and core.

Step Aerobics

This 30 minute old school step class; is broken down for beginners and modified for advanced participants.

Step aerobics is one of the most effective ways to burn bodyfat.

Step and Weights

This 30 minute Cardio and Weights class; includes a very simple step routine that repeats and then incorporates total body weights. This class will burn bodyfat, use excess calories and speed up your metabolism. It is appropriate for beginner, intermediate & advanced participants.

Helix 101

This 30 minute HIIT Cardio class using our one of a kind Helix Lateral Trainers. This class burns bodyfat, uses excess calories and speeds up your metabolism. It is appropriate for beginner, intermediate & advanced participants.

Note: Helix & Weights is the same format as step & weights using a Helix instead of the step.

Xpress Yoga - Power Flow

This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow yoga class. Focusing on power and strength while improving flexibility. No yoga experience required, the more classes you take the more you will feel successful.

Our instructors will break the class down to ensure your success.

*All UNLEASHED memberships are monthly unlimited memberships and processed through our Monthly Convenience Billing. Each monthly payment will be conveniently deducted through safe efit processing from a checking or credit card account. In the event that you wish to terminate your membership you must provide us with 30 day written notice.
